Fruit Smoothie Combinations

Strawberry Smoothie
Combine orange juice, apple juice, low fat strawberry yogurt, fresh or frozen strawberries, and ice in a blender for a delicious breakfast!




Peach Smoothie
Combine apple juice, cranberry pomegranate juice, low fat peach yogurt, fresh or frozen peaches, and ice in a blender for a great anytime snack!





Mixed Fruit Smoothie
Combine apple juice and orange juice with fresh or frozen pineapples, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, a low fat yogurt of your choice and ice in a blender for a wonderful mixed fruit treat!

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Calorie Calculator
