Your body is made up of muscle, fat, water, blood, bones and all of your internal organs. The Total Gym is a piece of exercise equipment that combines multiple workouts so that you can get in shape using one machine. Should I Do Squats?

Squats are an ideal exercise as they tone the glutes, thighs, core and lower back. They can be done with or without weights to achieve more or less muscle definition.
